Cleanse Prep
3 Days Before
Avoid- refined sugars, dairy, refined chocolate, soda, alcohol, heavily processed foods
Journal- set intentions, write down expectations, possible fears and continue to document during the cleanse.
Clean- The health of your mind is affected by your surroundings. Change bed sheets and open windows.
Hydrate- Get into the habit of increasing your water intake to a gallon a day.

Post Cleanse
After a couple days of a juicing, getting back to solid foods can be a bit of a challenge, so take some time to ease your body into it. The cleanse was all about you changing habits now is the time to do it.
Day 1
Your first meal needs to be a bowl of fruit. Eat 3 small meals. Stick to easy-to-digest fruits like bananas, cantaloupe, and watermelon. Ease back into full meals with something light and easy like veggie broth and light salads. Drink a gallon of water and/or herbal teas throughout the day. Stay away from caffeinated teas and coffee for the first day to avoid an upset stomach or that jittery feeling.
Day 2
Introduce small portions of grains quinoa. Keep eating more of the fruits and vegetables suggested on day 1. Add healthy fats to help keep you satisfied longer. Avocados, nuts and sweet potatoes. Drink a gallon of water and/or herbal teas throughout the day.
Day 3
If you typically eat dairy now is the time to try some vegan dairy options you taste buds will have changed. Some of my favs so delicious unsweetened coconut yogurt add your own fruit on top. If you didn't already try switching to a plant milk.
Introduce more of fruits and vegetables. Avoid red meats for now.
Drink a gallon of water and/or herbal teas throughout the day. Continue to drink caffeine normally if you like to keep the sugar low or consider replacing it with all natural maple syrup and or date syrup.
Day 4 – And Beyond
Continue your healthy eating habits and tailor them to your preferences.
